[email protected]Superfine vertical mill was developed by Shanghai Yingyong based on the ultra-fine vertical mill, combined with years of experience in mill research and manufacturing. It is a device specially used in the ultrafine grinding industry, which can realize the functions of ultrafine grinding, grading, and conveying. It is widely used in chemical, metallurgy, non-metallic, and other industries.
Ultrafine vertical mill is mainly composed of electric motor, reducer, grinding roller device, grinding disk device, pressurizing device, powder separator, body and oil station.
The main motor drives the grinding disc through the reducer while the wind enters the vertical mill body through the air inlet. The material falls into the center of the grinding disc through the downward feeding port of the screw feeder. Under the influence of centrifugal force, the material moves uniformly from the center to the edge of the grinding disc. As the material passes through the grinding roller channel area on the grinding disc, the grinding roller crushes it, and the larger pieces of material are directly crushed.
The material being ground continues to move towards the edge of the grinding disc until it is brought away by the strong airflow at the wind ring. Larger granular will fall back onto the grinding disc for further grinding. Under the influence of the rotor blades, as the material in the air stream passes through the upper separator, the coarse particles return to the grinding disc again for grinding. The qualified fine powder comes out of the mill together with the air stream and is collected by the system's powder collector, and these collected powders are the products ground by the vertical mill.
During the process of moving materials, impurities like iron blocks can reach the grinding disc's edge along with the material. Due to their heavy weight, they cannot be blown away by the wind, so they fall to the mill's lower cavity. Then, the scraper will scrape them into the slag discharge port, and finally, they will be discharged out of the machine.
By adjusting the rotational speed of the rotor of the multi-head separator, we can obtain different fineness-qualified products. Furthermore, the pressure of the roller mill can be adjusted by regulating the pressure of the hydraulic system to accommodate raw materials of varying degrees of hardness.
