1. Project Overview

2. Workflow

When the limestone vertical mill is running, the limestone is first crushed and then stored in the gravel bin. After the constant speed regulation of the electronic belt scale, a certain amount of limestone will be poured out, and then transferred to the interior of the limestone vertical mill through the rotary impeller. . The continuous movement of the grinding rollers and grinding discs will squeeze and grind the limestone with great force, and finally grind it into powder. After powder selection, the unqualified coarse powder particles will be shot down on the grinding disc to continue grinding, and the qualified powder will be brought out along with the airflow to become the product.

When the limestone vertical mill is working, the internal hot blast stove will generally generate hot air. According to different production conditions, a fuel-fired hot blast stove or a coal-fired hot blast stove can be selected, so that the water in the raw materials can be continuously evaporated. Ensure that the moisture content of the finished product produced by the limestone vertical mill is below the specified range. In order to improve the production efficiency of the limestone vertical mill, the system can also be transformed, and the slag can be installed and adjusted so that it can return, so that the production efficiency can be improved.

The limestone vertical mill adopts the principle of material layer grinding, which has low energy consumption, and the power consumption is 20%~30% lower than that of the ball mill. The grinding body wears little and the utilization rate is high. The roller sleeve can be turned over for use, which is beneficial to prolong the service life.

In addition, there is a device to prevent the direct contact between the roller sleeve and the grinding disc liner, so as to avoid crushing and violent vibration.
  • The limestone vertical mill has a large drying capacity and is suitable for a wide range of materials. The material is conveyed by hot air, and the inlet air temperature can be controlled when grinding materials with a large moisture content, so that the product can reach the required final moisture content. In the mill, materials with a moisture content of up to 15% can be dried and milled, and the application range is wide. Even the drying ball mill can only dry materials with a moisture content of 3-4%.
